For your convenience our Terre Haute office is open Monday thru Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Appointments for injections and office exams are also available at Sullivan Community Hospital on Thursday afternoon 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Call 812.268.4311, ext. 2204 for physician availability at that location.
